A creative person with deep passion for technology, having over 25 years of experience in the IT industry across multiple technology areas, business domains and functional roles and responsibilities, including large and complex delivery management, forward looking product and portfolio development, enterprise architecture consulting and leading multiple high impact technology competencies across premium IT Service Providers.
As a founder, working on a mission with Nubo Native Solutions, a tech-startup, to democratize Cloud and to enable Cloud Repatriation for Enterprises with higher ROI, reduced TCO and improved TTM.
Experience
Ericsson : from 2013 to 2025 - worked as Head of Enterprise Application Competency, part of Service Delivery Unit, India. Responsible for the Competency Development and Customer Delivery for the unit, comprising of over 300 employees.
Conceptualized and developed solutions as part of Ericsson Cloud Native Portfolio Offering. As the owner of the unit, and key contributor for the Cloud Native Portfolio, responsible for the future development and enhancements associated with the solutions and its various implementations. Actively involved in positioning offerings to potential customers, market analysts and other internal and external stakeholders. Part of various key wining deals on MSIT, ADM & Transformation space.
Earlier in Ericsson, extensively worked as Enterprise Architecture Consulting across multiple challenging engagements.
Tech-Mahindra : from 2009 to 2013 – as IDU Head, responsible for Enterprise Competency management and delivery. Involved in joint go-to-market and co-development initiative with Oracle on SOA (AIA) as part of its communication pack and with Huawei for E2E stack development.
Wipro Technologies : from 2004 to 2009 – as a competency and delivery lead for Microsoft and Oracle Integration Product Line.
Siemens Information Systems : from 2000 to 2004 – as Architect involved in Soarian (acquired by Cerner) Product Development as part of Healthcare and BFSI domain.
HCL : from 1997 to 2000 – as tech lead involved in converged billing solution development and implementation for Saville Telecom, Canada.
USHA Communications : before 1997 – involved in a Customer Care platform development for Harris Telecom, USA.

About Srishtisandhan
Srishtisandhan (srishtisandhan.com) formed as an online treasure trove of contemporary Bengali parallel literature way back in 2003. For the past 20 years, some of the best jewels of Bengali literature, scattered across several little magazines, have found their way into the website and have been cherished by countless readers. In continuation of this literary work, Srishtisandhan Bhavan was built which housed an academy, called Srishtisandhan Academy. For more than ten years now, Srishtisandhan Academy has been dedicated to the education and cultural upliftment of underprivileged children in the area.
Lightscribers (lightscribers.org) is the Photography Annex of Srishtisandhan. It has been formed with the mission to promote creative photography and spread interest in this form of art.
Bhaskar is the founder and key member behind these initiatives.
Creative Art & Literatures
Bhaskar has grown up in a multidiscipline cultural environment. He developed interest in painting at an early age and passionately followed that for a long time. Subsequently he also got attracted towards Photography as another visual art form.
His works, both Photography and Painting was presented on various exhibitions at Academy of Fine Arts and many other places across the city and outside.
He is the founder of Lightscribes, imparting training on visual literacy through the language of photography. He was the Convener of Kolkata International Photography Festival.
Bhaskar is the author and Editor of multiple photography books published internationally, such as Damoder a Riverscape and My Imagination, along with various other publications from Srishtisandhan.
Performing Art
Bhaskar was associated with various theatre groups and cultural initiatives from very young age at his native place Chinsurah. He produced and directed various plays earlier and recently as part of Srishtisandhan Academy. Some of them are “Swadesh O Chetona” and “Bandhan O Mukti” along with the recent one “Majoretarianism”. He engaged the little children in his Academy to produce several programs, both acted out and recited (Sruti Natok) on stage.
He is a vocal artist, performed on many cultural programs. Some of them are available on Srishtisandhan YouTube Channel.
Bhaskar has also directed a full-length feature film named Chasma along with many musical, travel and documentary videos.
