Professionally
Bhaskar is a deeply creative person with a strong passion for technology, He has almost 30 years of experience in the IT industry across multiple technology areas, business domains and functional roles and responsibilities. He has been involved in large and complex delivery management, forward looking product and portfolio development, enterprise architecture consulting and leading multiple high impact technology competencies across premium IT Service Providers.
As a founder & CEO of Nubo Native Solutions, a tech-startup, he is working on a mission to democratize Cloud and to enable Cloud Repatriation for Enterprises, ensuring higher ROI, reduced TCO and improved TTM.
Professional Experience
Ericsson : from 2013 to 2025 -
Bhaskar spearheaded the Enterprise Application Competency, which was a part of the Service Delivery Unit in India. He built the entire Competency Development and Customer Delivery unit, creating a strong team of over 300 employees.
As the owner of the unit, Bhaskar conceptualizd, developed, and enhanced several competency solutions as key offerings for the Ericsson. He facilitated in winning various key deals on MSIT, ADM & Transformation space by working closely with potential customers, market analysts and other internal and external stakeholders.
In a different capacity earlier, he contributed as an Enterprise Architecture Consultant across multiple challenging engagements.
Tech-Mahindra : from 2009 to 2013 – Bhaskar led the Enterprise Competency management and delivery for the IDU. He directed and managed the joint go-to-market and co-development initiatives with Oracle on SOA (AIA) as part of its communication pack and with Huawei for E2E stack development.
Wipro Technologies : from 2004 to 2009 – Competency and delivery lead for Microsoft and Oracle Integration Product Line.
Siemens Information Systems : from 2000 to 2004 – as an architect, Involved in developing a product, Soarian Financials, in the Healthcare and BFSI domain, which was later acquired by Cerner and now by Oracle.
HCL : from 1997 to 2000 – as tech lead involved in converged billing solution development and implementation for Saville Telecom, Canada.
USHA Communications : pre 1997 – involved in a Customer Care platform development for Harris Telecom, USA.

About Srishtisandhan
Srishtisandhan (srishtisandhan.com) was created way back in 2003, to become an online treasure trove of contemporary Bengali parallel literature. For the past 20 years, some of the best jewels of Bengali literature, scattered across several little magazines, have found their way into the website and have been cherished by countless readers.
In continuation of this literary work, Srishtisandhan Bhavan was built which houses the Srishtisandhan Academy. For more than ten years now, Srishtisandhan Academy has been dedicated to the education and cultural upliftment of underprivileged children in the area.
Lightscribers (lightscribers.org) is the Photography arm of Srishtisandhan. It has been designed with the mission to promote creative photography and broaden interest in this form of art.
Bhaskar is the founder and key member behind these initiatives.
Creative Art & Literatures
Bhaskar has grown up in a multidiscipline cultural environment, which led him to develop interest in painting at a very early age and passionately pursue it for a long time. Subsequently he also found and nurtured his interest in another visual art form in Photography.
His works in both Photography and Painting were presented in various exhibitions at the Academy of Fine Arts and other renowned exhibition halls across the city and the country.
He is the founder of Lightscribers, and has been imparting training on visual literacy through the language of photography through his organization. He was the Convener and main strategist of Kolkata International Photography Festival, 2019.
Bhaskar is the author and Editor of multiple photography books published internationally. Some of them include “Damoder a Riverscape”, “My Imagination”, and various other literary publications from Srishtisandhan.
Performing Art
Bhaskar was associated with various theatre groups and cultural initiatives from a very young age at his native place in Chinsurah in the Hooghly District of West Bengal, India, where he produced and directed various plays. In recent times, as part of the Srishtisandhan Academy, he has produced and directed plays like “Swadesh O Chetona”, “Bandhan O Mukti”, and “Majoritarianism”. He engaged the little children in his Academy to produce several programs and plays, where they acted or recited (Sruti Natok) on stage.
He is an elocution artist and has performed in many cultural programs. Some of the recorded programs are available on Srishtisandhan YouTube Channel.
Bhaskar has also directed many musical, travel and documentary videos and recently produced and directed a full-length feature film,“Chasma”, which was shown in a theatre in the city.
